Green Color Printing Much More Than Concept
To make things to work in a better way around us is certainly in our control. We all are equally responsible for any good or evil that takes place around us (i.e.) all over the world.
Due to the technological advancements that has taken place, today we are living in such a situation where climatic conditions of our planet earth has reached the point of danger level. To say in clear terms day by day our planet earth is entering into a danger zone of global warming. The effect of global warming is so harmful that down the line within few years, so called living beings will not exist in this world. Hence to crumble out from this situation we must act as quick as possible.
Now it is up to all of us to act skillfully and help in cutting down the wa ste and keep our atmosphere healthy. Many of us are not aware about the concept of go green or eco friendly. And those who are aware they don’t know that it is easy to support organizations that are following the techniques of go green.
Printing industry is considered to be as one of the major industry in polluting the environment of our planet. Whether it is an industry of a small enterprise if a person is involved in the activity of print or if he/she is seeking assistance from printed materials then they must ensure that it has been printed with the techniques of Green color printing.
Green Color Printing a concept that is worth more
The concept of Green color or eco friendly printing is simple and easy to follow. A shift has to be made from the traditional way of printing to the modern and advancement way of print. It is of sure that it will ask for shift in the process but it is worth to make a shift. The idea behind this technique is not an ordinary idea as we all have thought it to be but it is much more than our expectations.
Shifts that an organization can go for are as follows
- To change traditional petroleum ink dyes to the modern ink dyes which are of soy based or of vegetable oil based. The reason for this change is it will reduce the impact of toxic chemicals that are released into the atmosphere. In traditional inks the level of toxic chemical is so high that it affects the health of person who is directly and directly involved in the activity of print.
- The next change which an organization can go for is to reduce the use of virgin papers. They can make use of papers which are of recyclable in nature. This will help organization to save a lot on the cost of purchasing virgin papers and moreover this will help in saving trees too.
- Change in source of power can also be achieved. This is possible with the help of wind energy and solar energy.
- Green printers and waterless printing techniques will give same quality of print as it is achieved in traditional print machines.
